Expert: Housing in Baku to rise in price

February 8, Fineko/abc.az. Real estate prices are expected to grow in Baku.

Nusret Ibrahimov, general director of MBA group consulting company, oil prices have started growing since the end of 2017.

"If this dynamics continues, then in 3-6 months, i.e. in March-August, prices will increase in the real estate market of the capital, in particular in the housing market. The growth can be two-digit - at least 10%," Ibrahimov said.
