President`s aide invites these organizations in Azerbaijan

October 28, Fineko/abc.az. Presidential aide Hikmet Hajiyev has invited Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International in Azerbaijan to assess Armenia's crimes.

ABC.AZ reports that Hajiyev informed about this on his Twitter account.

The president’s aide noted that this is the Armenian genocide against the Azerbaijani city of Barda: the death toll reached 20 and the number of the wounded exceeded 40 people.

"These were innocent civilians. The Armenian armed forces used Smerch cluster missiles. We invite Human Right Watch and Amnesty International to look at the crime scene," Hajiyev stated.
