To what extent has the manat turnover rate decreased?

October 28, Fineko/abc.az. The turnover rate of the Azerbaijani manat was 3.77 points as of 1 October 2020.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the Central Bank, this is by 0.04 points less than on 1 September. The decline doesn't end on this.

So, in early October, compared with 1 January, there was a decrease of 0.71 points, and compared with 1 October 2019 - by 1.04 points.
