WTI grade falls, while Brent rises in price

October 30, Fineko/abc.az. Benchmark oil prices have shown the mixed dynamics in Friday’s trading after falling the day before to the lowest values since May.

In October, Brent decreased  by 7% and WTI more than by 9% in price.

By 9:10 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the Brent crude futures for December grew in price by $0.15 (0.40%) to $37.80 per barrel. At the end of trading on 29 October the price of Brent crude futures for December declined by $1.47 (3.76%) to $37.65 per barrel.

By 9:10 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI crude futures for December decreased by $0.07 (0.36%) to $36.10 per barrel. At the end of trading on 29 October the December WTI futures fell in price by $1.22 (3.26%) to $36.17.
