Azerbaijan Credit Bureau develops rules on regulation of bilateral contracts

February 9, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Credit Bureau has prepared the new rules.

Bureau’s general director Elchin Khabibov says that these are the rules of regulation of bilateral contracts.

"The rules have already been sent to banks and non-bank credit institutions and conclusions have been received. Now, we’re working on generalization of those conclusions. Soon, work on the rules will be finished, and the ACB Supervisory Board will take an appropriate decision," Khabibov said.
