Oil cheapens after last month`s drop, and Brent is at $36.72 per barrel

November 2, Fineko/abc.az. Oil prices continue falling in Monday’s trading after last month’s decline.

In October the WTI oil fell by 11% and Brent by 8.5%.

By 9:33 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the Brent crude futures for January fell in price by $1.22 (3.22%) to $36.72 per barrel. At the end of trading on 30 October the January Brent futures fell by $0.32 (0.8%) to $37.94 per barrel. The December futures, which expired on Friday, fell in price by $0.19 (0.51%) to $37.46 per barrel.

By 9:33 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI crude futures for December decreased $1.28 (3.58%) to $34.51 per barrel. At the end of trading on 30 October the December WTI futures reduced by $0.38 (1.05%) to $35.79.
