ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by President Ilham Aliyev today, when receiving Secretary General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States Bagdad Amreyev in Baku.

According to the president, the Armenian prime minister admits defeat in this letter.

"I believe that this recognition should be seriously analyzed by the Armenian society and the Armenian leadership should be put under serious pressure to stop this war. The occupiers must be withdrawn from all our territories and peace must be ensured in the region," the Azerbaijani president emphasized.
