November 6, Fineko/abc.az. New appointments have been carried out at the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund.

ABC.AZ reports that Agshin Jahangirov has been appointed ADIF executive director’s adviser for strategic development & international relations.

Akshin Jahangirov graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 1995-2001 with a bachelor's and master's degree in accounting and financial analysis. Previously, he held senior positions in both private and public organizations: Azsiğorta, Bakı Sığorta, Ata Sığorta. Prior to his last appointment, he also held senior positions at the Central Securities Market Institute - the National Deposit Center of Azerbaijan, the Financial Market Supervision Department of the Financial Market Supervision Chamber, and Günay Sığorta.

Elnur Rzayev was also appointed the director at the ADIF Finance Department.

Earlier, in 2018-2020, Elnur Rzayev held the position of deputy executive director - director of the Financial Department at Aztexnika LTD, and from April 2020 until his last appointment, he was the head of the Internal Audit Service at AzSigorta.
