November 11, Fineko/abc.az. French officials make unilateral, biased and objective statements that contradict France’s mandate as a co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, ABC.AZ reports citing Assistant to the President Hikmet Hajiyev.

The presidential aide noted that France, while it should act as a neutral party in accordance with its mandate, is pursuing an openly pro-Armenian policy and is absolutely unfounded in making accusations against Azerbaijan: “France did not participate in the adoption of the joint statement by the presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia and the Prime Minister of Armenia. France is probably "jealous" of Russia's role in this issue. The signing of this document by the Armenian PM already speaks about everything. Now France is trying to be more Armenian than the Armenians themselves. France does not have the authority to speak on behalf of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs."
