ABC.AZ reports that Milli Majlis speaker Sahiba Gafarova said about this at a meeting of the Azerbaijani parliament.

The parliament chairwoman noted that the statement signed on 10 November by the presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia, and the Prime Minister of Armenia put an end to the war.

"This statement is of great importance for Azerbaijan. Kalbajar, Lachin, and Aghdam will be returned to Azerbaijan without bloodshed. I would like to touch on one more point. In this war, Armenia received such a heavy blow that it will take many years to recover. In Armenia, the authorities are currently arresting opposition MPs, and there are riots in the streets. All these events are taking place in a country that the West positions as a democratic country. Western countries do not react to what is happening in Armenia. As the president said those who are trying to teach us a lesson in democracy should look in the mirror at themselves," Gafarova emphasized.
