Important point in connection with Turkish-Russian monitoring center - Azerbaijan to make a decision

November 16, Fineko.abc.az. Some details have been revealed about where a joint centre for monitoring the Nagorno-Karabakh ceasefire will be located.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijan will decide on the placement of this center in the draft law in connection with the sending of Turkish military forces to Azerbaijan. The draft law has already been submitted to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
