Ilham Aliyev and residents of Fizuli expressed their joy at victory in patriotic war

November 17, Fineko/abc.az. On 16 November, President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse visited the Fizuli and Jabrayil districts.

ABC.AZ reports that within the visit the head of state also met with residents of the two districts.

The victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief and the people of the liberated districts expressed their joy at the victory in the Patriotic War.
