November 18, Fineko/abc.az. The total cost of Azerbaijan’s production of construction materials for Jan-Oct 2020 reached AZN 614.7 million.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that the fabrication of construction materials increased by 26.4% versus the same period of 2019.

During this period the production of construction gypsum grew by 2.3 times, construction bricks by 20.5%, ready-made concrete mix for masonry by 5.1%, and concrete precast building structures by 1.4%.

Making of cement decreased by 1.2%, construction limestone by 29.1%, processed marble, travertine, alabaster and products made from them by 33.7%, building blocks and bricks made of cement, artificial stone or concrete by 37.5%, and asphalt by 56.1%.
