Another drilling company established

November 19, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan has registered Oil Rocks Drilling Company LLC.

ABC.AZ reports that the new company will be engaged in drilling activities.

The commercial organization is registered at the same legal address as Azneft production association of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) – 73, Neftchilar Avenue, Sabayil District, Baku.

Its authorized capital is 10,000 manats, and its legal representative is Alish Hasanov. He is also the director of the SOCAR integrated drilling operations trust.
