ABC.AZ reports that this was stated by President Aliyev in his address to the nation.

"They are making a claim against Russia that it did not help them. In his interview, the Russian president provided fairly clear and absolutely accurate information and expressed his position. Azerbaijan fought on its territory recognized by international law. Therefore, there can be no question of allowing any allied relations to interfere. But they make a comment to everybody, they are discontent with everything. How can you live with such thinking?" President Aliyev said.
