First official meeting in Shusha – Azerbaijani and Russian sides held discussions

November 20, Fineko/abc.az. Vladimir Solovyov, the director of the International Affairs Department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, held talks with the Commander of the Civil Defence Forces of Azerbaijan, Ilham Abdullayev.

ABC.AZ reports that during the talks the parties discussed the humanitarian issues related to the restoration of power lines, communications and the gas pipeline of Nagorno-Karabakh.
