November 23, Fineko/abc.az. Former Defence Minister of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan, the main participant of the Khojali genocide, is put on the international wanted list. 

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, the Military Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan has already initiated a criminal case under Article 103 (genocide) of the Criminal Code in respect of Seyran Ohanyan.

An appeal was sent to the Baku Military Court to choose a preventive measure against Seyran Ohanyan in the form of absentee arrest.
On 11 November the chairman of the court, judge Elbey Allahverdiev granted the request of the investigation. 
A decision was made to arrest Ohanyan and appeal to Interpol to draw him to the investigation.
