Over AZN 1 million of extra allowances funded for medical staff`s salaries

November 24, Fineko/abc.az. Urgent allowances were paid to the salaries of Azerbaijani medical workers taking part in the measures aimed at combating a new type of coronavirus infection during October.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Health that urgent allowances in the total amount of AZN 1.07 million were paid out to 1,346 medical employees, whose hospitals are subordinate to the Health Ministry.

The Ministry noted that the specified allowances to the salaries were paid in proportion to the time of work.
