Supply of drinking water to Shusha starts


November 27, Fineko/abc.az. Work is underway on the restoration of vital infrastructure, including drinking water supply systems, in the liberated city of Shusha, ABC.AZ reported with reference to national water operator Azersu.

In this regard, a group of Azersu specialists was sent to Shusha and other districts liberated from the occupation.

Initially, the water supply system of village Dashalti was studied. As a result of the inspection, accidents in the water supply system were liquidated and water supply to the village was ensured on 12 November 2020.

Bahadur Kengerli, the head of the Azersu Planning & Design Department, said that emergency parts of the internal distribution network of the city of Shusha are currently being repaired. As a result of this work, most of the city of Shusha was provided with drinking water.
