November 27, Fineko/abc.az. Due to the fact that from 2 December to 23 December the courts stopped receiving citizens, reception will be carried out only by phone, mobile and Internet communications.

This is said in Supreme Court’s decision on the operation of courts within special quarantine regime.

ABC.AZ reports that in accord with the decision the courts will accept applications from individuals and legal entities, including appeals and cassation complaints, only by mail or in e-form.

The Supreme Court ruled to postpone temporarily the consideration of cases under its proceedings from 6 am on 2 December 2020 to 6 am on 23 December 2020, with the exception of cases that must be considered urgently or do not require judicial review.
