November 30, Fineko/abc.az. 380 apartments have been sold so far as part of the program on sale of apartments by renting since the beginning of 2020, ABC.AZ reports citing deputy chairman of the Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund Rahman Gummetov as saying this at an online meeting.

He noted that despite this figure does not satisfy the Fund, this can be understood if to take into account that the product is new, and the population is poorly informed.

"Currently, mortgages are a fairly popular product, but when it first started to move forward, there was little interest in it. In the first year, only 230 mortgage loans were given. But now mortgages are more popular," Gummetov emphasized.
