Over 31,000 mortgage loans given to date

December 2, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund has released the indicators on directions of activity.

ABC.AZ reports that so far the Fund has given 31,730 mortgage loans for AZN 1.611 bn.

The total amount of guaranteed loans reached AZN 193.676 million.

For comparison, the number of mortgage loans given as of 30 December 2019 amounted to 27,870, the amount of mortgage loans given – AZN 1.39 bn, and the total amount of guaranteed loans – AZN 69.724 million.
