These companies merged - greenhouse complex reorganized

December 3, Fineko/abc.az. The process of reorganizing the leading greenhouse complex in Azerbaijan, Bina Agro CJSC, has been completed.

ABC.AZ reports that as part of the process, the authorized capital of the JSC was increased from AZN 2,000 up to AZN 164,000.

The capital gain is related to the merger of two companies to the 1st company - Habako Konstrakşn CJSC and Alfa Agro, operating at the same legal address as Bina Agro and headed by the same person.

As a result, the authorized capital of the liquidated companies was added to the capital of Bina Agro in the amount of AZN 160,000 and AZN 2,000, respectively.
