NBCO Finex Credit`s shareholders to discuss 5 questions

December 8, Fineko/abc.az. NBCO Finex Credit’s shareholders to conduct a regular general meeting on 23 January 2021.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting will be organized at 11 am at office address: 11, Suleyman Rustam Street, Baku.

The shareholders are to discuss five issues: approval of company’s financial and economic activities for 2020, financial statements in accordance with IFRS for 2020 and the report of an independent auditor, the matter of new bonds, the budget and forecast indicators for 2021, applying to various financial institutions for raising financing, and other questions related to the company's activities.
