December 10, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy has registered investment company Capital Partners.

ABC.AZ reports that the financial organization is the legal successor of Capital Partners LLC, established by Rabitabank in 2007, which controls 4.76% of the shares of the Baku Stock Exchange, and will operate on the capital market in accordance with the Law on the Securities Market, which entered into force on 15 July 2015.

The legal address of the investment company is 1, Byunyad Sardarov Street, Sabayil District of Baku, where the head office of Rabitabank was once located. Its legal representative Ibrahim Mikayilov has not changed either.
