December 11, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Oct of this year 18.6% of the total value of products imported in Azerbaijan accounted for import from Russia, 14.5% from Turkey 13.1% from China, 6.5% from the U.S., 5.3% from Germany, 4.0% from Ukraine, 3.9% from France and Italy, 2.8% from UK, 2.7% from Iran, 1.8% from Japan, 1.7% from S Korea, and 21.2% from other countries.

ABC.AZ reports that for the first 10 months Azerbaijan export of fresh vegetables increased by 4.1%, potatoes by 31.7%, fruit and vegetable juices by 20.7%, vegetable oils by 51.1%, margarine, other food mixtures by 20.7%, cotton fiber by 11.4%, polyethylene by 15.6%, ferrous metal pipes by 1.9 times, bentonite clay by 3.8%.

Exports of fresh fruit decreased by 13.0%, sugar by 30%, tobacco by 26.1%, tea by 5.5%, canned fruits and vegetables by 0.2%, natural grape wines and grape must by 59%, raw aluminum by 22.4%, cotton yarn by 35.6%, semi–finished products from ferrous metals by 54.8%.
