December 16, Fineko/abc.az. The medical insurance services at the expense of the Mandatory Medical Insurance Fund are exempted from VAT by one more year.
ABC.AZ reports that this certainly is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Tax Code.
According to the current law (Article 164.1.51), medical insurance services at MMIF’s expense is exempted from VAT from 1 January 2020 for one year. According to the changes, this period has been increased by another year.
Thus, the provision of health insurance services at the expense of the Fund from 1 January 2020 will be exempted from VAT not for one year, but for two years.
The Central Bank has released statistics for January 2021. The most attention in the statistics is drawn to the 2.3-fold decrease on voluntary car insurance. So what is the cause of such a sharp fall in voluntary car insurance?
