Azerbaijan Industrial Insurance to pay dividends to shareholders

December 24, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan Industrial Insurance is to gather its shareholders for an extraordinary general meeting on 25 January 2021.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting agenda includes payment of dividends to the shareholders of the company and other issues.

It should be noted that 95% of AII’s shares are owned by Anadolu Investment Company LLC and 5% by Azerbaijan Industrial Bank.
