WhatsApp not to operate on some smartphones - from the new year

December 28, Fineko/abc.az. WhatsApp messenger will stop working on older smartphones from 1 January 2021.

ABC.AZ reports that WhatsApp will no longer be compatible with some devices.

So, the app will not function on a number of devices whose users will not update the operating system to iOS 9 or Android 4.0.3. first of all, this applies to the iPhone 4 and earlier models.

The users need to update the software to iOS 9 to make WhatsApp to work again on iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S.
