December 29, Fineko/abc.az. According to the presented draft budget, next year State Budget expenditures are projected to increase from 2021 by 3.8%, including capital expenditures by 7.9%, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

According to the CBA’s statement, in 2021 the countercyclical use of the "fiscal phase" is also important from angle of maintaining the macroeconomic stability.

And the transition from the medium-term period to a new macro-fiscal framework, with taking into account the new economic realities, should be in the focus of attention. As for the fiscal priorities, it is needed to diminish to the large extent the State Budget deficit and ensure financing of the State Budget by sustainable non-inflationary sources.

The implementation of those forecasts on the internal balance in 2021 will depend on the effective coordination of all directions of the macroeconomic policy.
