Medal ‘For the Liberation of Aghdam’ awarded to a group of Azerbaijani servicemen

December 29, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding servicemen of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan with medal "For the Liberation of Aghdam".

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the order the medal has been awarded to 2,267 servicemen who showed courage and bravery while participating in combat operations on the liberation of Aghdam.

Among the medal awardees are 1 lieutenant-general, 15 colonels and 41 lieutenant-colonels.
