Forecast: Turkey's economy to grow by 3.5%


January 14, Fineko/abc.az. The start of vaccination against coronavirus infection (Covid-19) and the easing of quarantine restrictions will accelerate the growth rate of the Turkish economy.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the new forecast of international rating agency Fitch Ratings.

The forecast says that this will happen closer to the 2nd half of the year.

Fitch Ratings predicts that Turkey's economy will grow by 3.5% in 2021. The rating agency believes that by the end of the year of the pandemic, the GDP growth rate will be about 0.2%.
