January 27, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani hotels’ revenues lowered by 3.9 times to AZN 116.8 million in 2020 compared with 2019.
ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that 60.2% of hotels’ income for the past year was received from accommodation services, 29% from public catering services, 2.5% from treatment and health services, 8.3% from other services.
In 2020, the use of one-time hotel capacity was 6.5% (in 2019 – 22.1%).
This figure was 23.0% in Beylagan, 15.5% in Shabran, 13.7% in Naftalan, 11.2% in Gabala, 9.6% in Baku, 9.6% in Goychay, 9.1% in Shamkir, 8.8% in Guba, 8.5% in Bilasuvar, 8.3% in Lankaran, 7.9% in Gusar, 7.3% in Sabirabad, 7.0% in Kurdamir, 6.7% in Shirvan, and in other districts and cities – below the national average.
