Defense Ministry’s statement in connection with Najmeddin Sadikov

January 28, Fineko/abc.az. Information spread that Najmeddin Sadikov had serious health problems and has undergone an open heart surgery in Moscow.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Defense that Sadikov is not currently in military service.

Col-Gen Sadikov served as the chief of the General Staff of the Ministry of Defense. His name has already been removed from the Ministry's official website.
