List of now VAT-exempt jewelry articles published

February 1, Fineko/abc.az. Articles 164.1.54 and 164.1.55. are to be added to the Tax Code of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that with the purpose of the production and processing of jewelry made of gold and silver on the basis of added substances, imports of machines, equipment and installations, sale of gold and silver in the form of ingots, coins or granules on the basis of identifying document of the body, established by the relevant executive authority, are exempt from VAT for 3-year period from 1 January 2021.
