President's criticism of Elman Rustamov: Did Central Bank render services to people to open a branch there?

February 2, Fineko/abc.az. In yesterday’s interview with Azerbaijani television President Ilham Aliyev also criticized Central Bank’s chairman Elman Rustamov.

ABC.AZ reports that the country’s leader said the following: "Did the Central Bank render services to people to open a branch there? For whom will CBA’s chair open a branch for? For himself, to go and sit there or to have a residence there during trips there, conditions to spend money there. What good is it to people? None at all. And not only that. I was also applied by other organizations on the occasion. In any case, they were smart enough to ask me, and I said, "Sit still."
