Data on Georgia’s potato export to Azerbaijan unveiled

February 2, Fineko/abc.az. Georgia exported 2,130 tons of potatoes for $319,000 to Azerbaijan last year, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the National Statistics Office of Georgia.

The indicator is by 1,082 tons or 34% less versus 2019.

Last year, Azerbaijan became the main importer of potatoes from Georgia. Thus, the neighboring country exported a total of 4,253 tons of potatoes to 17 countries, and 50% of the potato export accounted for Azerbaijan. Russia bought 1,664 tons of potatoes from Georgia.
