State Security Service: Ex-labor minister Salim Muslimov arrested

February 4, Fineko/abc.az. State Security Service has released information about the arrest of ex-minister Salim Muslimov.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Public Relations Department of the State Security Service that during the work of Salim Muslimov as the Minister of Labor & Social Protection the abuses were committed during the organization of rehabilitation and social protection of disabled people and children with disabilities, the state control over the activities of employers on the issues of labor, employment and social protection and other powers in Ministry's activities.

The inspections revealed reasonable suspicions that the ex-minister repeatedly received bribes ranging from 10,000 to 30,000 manats from the heads of various territorial departments of the Ministry.

Muslimov was brought to justice as an accused, and the preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen against him by a court decision.
