February 5, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has approved a document with amendment to the Law on Education.

ABC.AZ reports that in accordance with the law the persons who have completed some level of education in an educational institution (with the exception of doctoral studies) in the order prescribed by law will be given state certificate on the appropriate education, created in the form of an e- document in the Centralized Information System of Education.

In addition, persons who, for various reasons, have not completed any stage of education, in accordance with the procedure established by the relevant executive authority, will be given such a certificate.
