Education Minister’s trip to Shirvan - Another Steam Center launched

February 9, Fineko/abc.az. At the initiative of First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, the scope of the STEAM project is expanding in schools of Azerbaijan. School pupils in districts and villages will also be able to take advantage of these opportunities.

ABC.AZ reports that Education Minister Emin Amrullayev made such a statement in his account on the social network.

The minister said that today they made a study trip to the newly-created STEAM center in the city of Shirvan.

"The center will be established in the Republican Lyceum with chemical & biological bias in the city of Shirvan, and school pupils of the city of Shirvan and surrounding areas will also be able to participate in programs to be organized in this center. Currently, the STEAM project unites more than 25,000 pupils of 147 secondary schools," the minister said.
