Azerbaijan bans poultry import from some countries

February 11, Fineko/abc.az. Highly pathogenic avian influenza was recorded in Volnovakha district of Donetsk region of Ukraine, in the administrative divisions of Sarpol Zahab and Kirmanshah of the Iranian province of Kirmanshah, Dasht Azadegan of Khuzestan province and Mahabad of West Azerbaijan province.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Food Safety Agency that in this regard, temporary restrictions have been imposed on the import of all types of live poultry and poultry products from the above-said territories.
