Poll reveals customer discontent with quality of order delivery services

February 11, Fineko/abc.az. A poll has been organized with the purpose to study the public opinion about online ordering and delivery services during the special quarantine regime in Baku.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Center for Media Analysis that of the 502 respondents surveyed, 50.4% were women and 49.6% were men.

38.8% of the survey participants are generally satisfied with the quality of delivery services, and 48.6% of the respondents said that their orders are sometimes not delivered on time.

12.6% replied that their orders were not delivered in the desired form.
