February 16, Fineko/abc.az. Employees of the Food Safety Agency (AQTA) conducted an inspection at restaurant ‘Shirvanshah’, located on T. Ismayilov Street in the city of Shirvan, owned by individual Mehman Khalilov.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to AQTA that the inspection at the facility revealed the non-compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents in the field of food safety, gross violations of sanitary norms and rules.

No work on disinfection, disinsection and deratization was carried out at the restaurant. It was established that the sanitary and hygienic condition of the kitchen area does not meet the requirements of regulatory documents. In connection with the identified shortcomings, the company's management was brought to administrative responsibility.
