February 16, Fineko/abc.az. Earlier it was reported that President Ilham Aliyev received the credentials of the newly-appointed ambassador of Indonesia to Azerbaijan Hildi Hamidi.

ABC.AZ reports that at the meeting the head of state touched upon a number of issues.

The president noted that during the conflict the Government of Indonesia expressed support for Azerbaijan.

“We highly value that. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement in support of the implementation of the UN Security Council resolutions which demanded immediate, unconditional and full withdrawal of Armenian occupational forces from the territories of Azerbaijan. Also, many members of your country’s parliament expressed solidarity with Azerbaijan and support,” the head of state said.
