Violations revealed in 25 chemist’s shops

February 17, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Antimonopoly Control & Consumer Market Supervision conducted inspections in 30 drugstores last year.

ABC.AZ reports that Service’s deputy head Mammad Abbasbeyli stated this at an online conference.

"Breaches were detected in 25 chemist’s shops. The State Service monitored the prices of medicines in pharmacies, held meetings with manufacturers and importers. Medicines are supplied at regulated prices, but some drugstores have gone beyond them, and 25 lawsuits have been filed in court in this regard," he emphasized.
