Azerbaijan increased export of potatoes

February 19, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan exported 81,388.3 tons of potatoes for totally $33.786 million in 2020.

Compared with 2019, Azerbaijan’s potato export for 2020 grew by 25.8%, and their volume by 31.7%, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

At that, last year Azerbaijan imported 182,700 tons of potatoes for $49.517 million. Compared to 2019, the cost of imports decreased by 4.4% and the volume by 5.4%.
