February 23, Fineko/abc.az. The Main Division of the State Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has appealed to drivers and pedestrians in connection with the weather conditions.

ABC.AZ reports that the appeal, submitted to the National Hydro-Meteorological Service of the Ministry of Ecology & Natural Resources, says that weather conditions in Baku and in the districts of Azerbaijan will change and promise to bring strong wind, snow storm and black frost on roads.

"With this in mind, drivers should refrain from high speed and sharp maneuvers, check the performance of the wipers and windscreen wipers, as well as the external headlights before the start of the trip, properly use the heating and ventilation system in the car interior," the appeal says.
