SOCAR has finished construction of a complex in Belarus

February 24, Fineko/abc.az. SOCAR Construction has completed constructing the heavy oil residue hydrocracking complex (H-oil) at the Mozyr Oil Refinery in Belarus.

The company completed the task on time, ABC.AZ reports with a link to SOCAR.
