Black frost is expected in Baku this night

February 24, Fineko/abc.az. The lowest temperature is expected in Baku this night – 9 degrees below zero.

ABC.AZ reports that Umayra Tagiyeva, the head of the National Hydrometeorological Service, stated about this.

She noted that the lowest temperature will be observed at night, and there will be black frost on the roads: "In the morning of 25 February -4 and -5°C is expected, and in the afternoon the temperature will approach 0 degrees. By the evening, the snow will subside, and the wind speed will decrease relatively."
