Oil falls in cost, and Brent is at $66.25 a barrel

February 26, Fineko/abc.az. Oil prices are decreasing in Friday’s trading, ending the fourth month in a row with the rise.

By 9:09 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the price of April’s Brent crude oil futures fell by $0.63 (0.94%) to $66.25 per barrel. At the end of trading on 25 February theBrent futures for April fell in price by $0.16 (0.24%) to $66.88 per barrel.

By 9:23, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the price of April’s WTI oil futures decreased by $0.72 (1.13%) to $62.81 per barrel. At the end of trading on 25 February the WTI futures for April grew by $0.31 (0.49%) up to $63.53 per barrel.

In February, the price of Brent crude oil increased by 19% and WTI by 21%.
